有传此香方为苏东坡所创,但是现存文献中此香方名见于明清时期。因此更属于文人审美归属式附会。之所以与苏轼有关,乃其生平多次贬谪又起复,整体香气设计非常贴合于绝境寒天中看到希望(春信)。以沉、檀为暖骨,梅肉点睛酸涩幽凉的气氛,恰如阳春白雪,柏香与乳香的气息释放出一丝暖意,如同春天将来的信息。
Though historically uncertain, the spirit reflects Su Shi’s life—finding hope within hardship. Warm woods form the base, while plum adds a subtle sour-cool note, like the first hint of spring in winter.
